Maria loves people, she loves building community, hearing folks’ stories and working with someone on their healing journey. She is interested in pain conditions, digestion, women’s health, and how emotions are stored in the body on the cellular level. Prior to acupuncture, Maria enjoyed a wonderful career in theatrical stage management, touring North American theaters and coffee shops, and settling in Seattle. She found acupuncture when she was looking for bodywork in conjunction with talk therapy and without knowing much about acupuncture, she tried it out. It was exactly what she needed.
